This magical retreat was built by Pete Nelson in 2017 and was featured on a full episode of Treehouse Masters ("Thrill 'n' Chill Treehouse", Season 9, Episode 4). We are located just 10 minutes east of downtown Redmond. Across the pond is the Emerald Forest and Theater featured on another episode of Treehouse Masters in 2018 ("Climb-in, Drive-In Theater", Season 11, Episode 10). Based on availability, you may explore this beautiful space as well. It's an easy 1/2 mile walk on a trail through the forest!
The treehouse is an open-space room surrounded by windows with views of the forest and a private nature pond. It contains a comfortable queen bed with high-end linens, reclining couch, and two twin bunk beds in the loft, accessible by a ship's ladder.
The treehouse is surrounded by a large deck and crow's nest (40’ off the ground) overlooking the private nature reserve pond. It is home to blue herons, frogs, bald eagles, and beavers. The main beaver hut is visible from the deck! You can walk to the edge of the beaver dam which holds back the 15-acre pond.
The treehouse is equipped with an outdoor hot shower, Wi-Fi, a 100” screen and projector, full heating/air-conditioning, and a large hot tub. You can get away from it all and relax in nature among lush evergreens and maple trees.
